NFC President’s List and Academic Dean’s List Announced for Fall 2022

MADISON, FL – North Florida College is proud to recognize its Sentinels for outstanding academic achievement at the conclusion of its Fall Term 2022.

Students included in the President’s List are full-time students who, during the term, earned a grade point average of 3.8 or higher for at least 12 college credit hours of coursework. 

Those who are recognized in the Academic Dean’s List have earned a grade point average of 3.50 to 3.79 on coursework of at least 12 hours.

Congratulations to these outstanding Sentinels.

In an effort to lower prescription drug prices in Florida, Governor Ron DeSantis announced a legislative proposal last Thursday to help protect consumers and small pharmacies against the “middlemen” also known as Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBM’s) through accountability in Florida’s drug market. The PBM’s management practices are something that has been an ongoing contention and complaint for years by small pharmaceutical businesses. The Governor said he plans to make this legislation a priority in the upcoming 2023 legislative session, that begins in March.
