B. Discussion with possible Council action, First reading of Ordinance 1497, an ordinance adopting the City of Live Oak operating budget for FY 2023-24 (open floor to public comment)

3) Approval of the August 8th regular monthly Council meeting minutes and the August 22nd budget workshop meeting minutes

H. Discussion with possible Council action, first reading of ordinance 1499, (LDR23-03) an ordinance amending portions of the text of the City of Live Oak Land Development Regulations, by amending, reorganizing, renumbering and/or striking portions of text, within article: four-zoning regulations, section 4.18. PRD- Planned Residential Development

I. Discussion with possible Council action for the appointment of Alicia Redish to serve in Seat #2 of the Planning and Zoning Board, Local Planning Agency, Board of Adjustment, and Historic Preservation Agency. Term to run 08/2023 – 08/2026

J. Discussion with possible Council action, first reading of ordinance 1500, an ordinance amending Section 78-2, section 78-34, and section 78-84 of ordinance 1305 of the Code of Ordinances to provide for a modification of the tapping fees, water impact fees and sewer impact fees
