3) Approval of the April 13th regular monthly meeting minutes

4) Mayor Frank Davis – Matters of the City A. Swearing-in of City Manager, per Section 2-93 Oath of office for Appointed Officials

B. Discussion with possible Council action, consideration of donation agreement (tabled last month)

5) City Council A. Discussion regarding construction of sewer service on Anna Ave. (Allen)

B. Discussion with possible Council action, Section 14 of the City Charter regarding Council authority to appoint officers (Owens)

C. Discussion with possible Council action, policy regarding hiring and termination of employees and hiring of relatives (Owens)

6) City Manager, George Curtis A. Discussion with possible Council action, Resolution 2021-15, a resolution ratifying the Mayor’s extension of the State of Emergency arising from the COVID-19 public health emergency

B. Discussion with possible Council action, Resolution 2021-14, a resolution authorizing the execution of the FDOT State Highway Lighting, Maintenance and Compensation Agreement from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2028

C. Discussion with possible Council action, first reading of ordinance 1462. An ordinance relating to game promotions and simulated gambling devices; adding Article VIII titled “Game Promotions and Simulated Gambling Devices” to Chapter 18; providing for a prohibition against the use of simulated gambling devices

D. Discussion with possible Council action, Final reading of ordinance no. 1460. An ordinance amending the, Future Land Use Classification to twenty or fewer acres of land (small scale) on the Future Land Use Plan Map of the city of Live Oak Comprehensive Plan, pursuant to an application, CPA 21-1, by the property owner(s) and/or their authorized, designated representative; providing for a change in the assigned Future Land Use Classification from Commercial to Residential Medium Density, on certain lands within the corporate limits of the city of Live Oak, Florida (1409 Ohio Ave. S.)

E. Discussion with possible Council action, Final reading of ordinance no. 1461. An ordinance amending the Zoning District to 0.30 acres (MOL) of land on the official Zoning Atlas of the City of Live Oak Land Development Regulations, pursuant to an application, LDR 21-1, by the property owner(s) and/or their authorized, designated representative; providing for a change in the Assigned Zoning District from Commercial – General (C-G) to Residential – Office (R-O), of certain lands within the corporate limits of the city of Live Oak, Florida (1409 Ohio Ave S.)

F. Discussion with possible council action award of RFP 03-2020, Live Oak Drainage Wells Phase I
