Homebuyers Educational Class

Live Oak, Fla., – The virtual Homebuyers Class on April 1 and 8, 2021

focuses on the homebuying process and will have Spanish translations in closed-captioning and Spanish-speaking instructors. Participants will learn from various speakers about how to apply for a mortgage, credit repair, create a budget, learn about down payment assistance, low interest loans, landscaping, pests management and energy efficiency. The class held 5:00pm-9:00pm each night via Zoom. (Class will be in English, closed captioning in Spanish. Spanish-speaking presenters available to answer questions in Spanish.)
